PENSACOLA, FL— Innisfree Hotels will begin construction in November on a 274-room Hilton Garden Inn here, which is scheduled for completion in Spring 2003. The $26 million resort property will feature two towers and 10,000 square feet of convention space. The first tower will consist of 183 guestrooms, while the remaining 91 rooms will be located in the second tower— adjacent to the hotel’s pool. All beachside rooms will include private balconies. Innisfree Hotels owns 12 hotels in the Southeast.
