Beltway Hotel LP owns and operates the newly constructed property; Allied Hospitality Inc. manages the hotel. The six-story hotel features: a signature glass-walled pavilion housing the reception desk; a Pavilion Pantry with a selection of refrigerated, frozen and microwaveable packaged items, and sundries; the Great American Grill restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner with room service available during dinner hours; a lounge area with a television set and aquarium; three meeting rooms with 1,200 square feet of flexible meeting space; a 24-hour, complimentary business center; and an onsite guest laundry facility. Business-oriented features of the guestrooms include: complimentary high speed Internet access; secure remote printing to the hotels business center; a spacious work desk; adjustable lighting; an ergonomic chair; electrical outlets at desk height; and two speakerphones equipped with data ports and voice mail.
