Hilton Garden Inn Opens First Houston Property

HOUSTON, TX— The 182-room Hilton Garden Inn Houston/Bush Intercontinental Airport has opened here. The six-story structure is owned by InterCapital Development of Texas, Inc. and managed by Crossroads Hospitality. The property features the signature Pavilion Pantry; four meeting rooms with 2,700sf of flexible meeting space; a 24-hour, complimentary business center; and an on-site guest laundry facility. Phillip Cunningham is general manager of the property, located at 15400 John F. Kennedy Blvd. and 15 miles from downtown Houston. According to Adrian Kurre, svp-brand management for HGI, two more Hilton Garden Inns are expected to be developed in the Houston area over the next two years.
