Situated on the Burlington bike path, The Mounted Cat restaurant and lounge features farm-fresh cuisine and bicycle-friendly amenities. Under the direction of Chef Hervé Mahé, the Vermont-fresh menu utilizes local and regional products that focus on eclectic modern American cuisine. Catering to nearby cyclists, the restaurant offers covered bike parking, a fixed bike maintenance station with loaner tools, public tire pressure station and offers complimentary water bottle fill-ups.
The new Executive Lounge for Hilton HHonors Gold and Diamond members features a dining buffet with complimentary breakfast and light bites throughout the day and evening, a salon lounge and computer work sections wired for connectivity and WiFi. The enhanced meeting space offers more than 16,000 sq. ft. of flexible space.
