NORWALK, CT–– HEI Hotels & Resorts has acquired the Embassy Suites Orlando-Downtown from Dalton Hotel Corp. Located one mile from the TD Waterhouse Center, the all-suite hotel is HEIs third property in the Orlando/Disney area and its seventh in Florida. The 167-suite Embassy Suites Orlando-Downtown was built in 2000 and offers 9,000 square-feet of meeting space, a fitness center, indoor pool and business center. HEI has a number of upgrades planned for the hotel in an effort to upgrade the guest experience.
