PHOENIX- Vantage Hospitalitys new Lexington Collection brand has appointed Steve Belmonte as its new CEO and president here at the 12th annual Lodging Conference. Belmonte is also now an equity partner in Vantage. Belmonte will continue to own the company he founded three years ago, Hospitality Solutions LLC while he directs Lexington. He will also remain on as CEO of Hospitality Solutions, but Tom Giuliano will run the companys day-to-day operations as its new senior vp. At Lexington, Belmonte replaces Scott House, who led the brand as president for a brief time.
