PHOENIX— Hawthorn Suites Franchising, a brand owned by U.S. Franchise Systems, has approved an agreement with Multi-Systems, making MSI a property management provider for the Hawthorn hotels brand. There are currently over 140 Hawthorn properties open across the U.S., with an additional 130 in development. The hotels will utilize MSI’s Window’s-based Property Management System, with advanced PM functionality. Currently, more than 30 Hawthorn Suites are installed with the MSI Property Management System.
