LAS VEGAS— Harrahs Entertainment Inc. is selling its Vicksburg casino and hotel for an undisclosed amount to an affiliate of Columbia Sussex Corp., a privately-owned hotel, resort and casino operator, according to the Associated Press. The Vicksburg property is among the smallest of the 26 casinos operated by Las Vegas-based Harrahs. The Vicksburg hotel has117 hotel rooms. The sale depends on Columbia Sussex getting a state gaming license for the casino, but Harrahs expects the deal will be completed by the fourth quarter.
