ATLANTA GuestHouse International Franchise Systems, a subsidiary of Suburban Lodges of America, has entered into an agreement with the Canadian Snowbird Association (CSA) to serve as the preferred hotel supplier for the long-term travel group s U.S. accommodations. CSA encompass nearly a half-million typically senior-aged travelers opting to spend considerable time during the winter months in warm-weather destinations in this country. It is estimated these Canadian travelers spend some 4.7 months in the U.S. during the winter, and 91% of them reportedly take an additional summer or fall vacation of between 7 and 10 days.
