ATLANTA— GuestHouse International has been named category leader for its low cost of affiliation in an HVS International report. The report studied 83 hotel brands, most of which cost between 8% and 10% of room revenue— GuestHouse cost only 5.3%. The ratings were based upon the total cost of obtaining and maintaining a hotel franchise over a 10-year period and expressed in total cost as a percentage of room revenue.
