GrandStay Residential Taps Two Sites

ST. AUGUSTA, MN— GrandStay Residential Suites— part of GrandStay Hospitality LLC here— is aiming to expand its extended-stay product into both Madison and Mankato, MN. The new Madison GrandStay Residential Suites, a GrandStay Hospitality LLC-franchised property, is owned by 10 High Crossing LLC, managed by ETC Management, and was financed by Wells Fargo. The similarly franchised Mankato GrandStay Residential Suites is owned by GSRS LLC, is also managed by ETC Management, and was financed through Northern Star Bank. Construction of this project will be managed by St. Cloud, MN-based Cornerstone Construction.
