SAINT-JEAN CAP-FERRAT, FRANCE—The Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat, a Four Seasons Hotel, has appointed François-Régis Simon as general manager.
Originally from Brittany in northern France, Simon’s career with Four Seasons began at the legendary Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris in the role of assistant director of room service. Over the years, he climbed the ranks through the food and beverage department, and was appointed director of food and beverage in 2007.
At another flagship property, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, he was the director of food and beverage, home to the first Michelin three-starred Chinese restaurant, Lung King Heen, and the Michelin two-starred Caprice. In China, he previously served on the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen as hotel manager.
