VIENNA, VA—GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp. (GMACCM) has provided $10 million in fixed-rate permanent financing for the Residence Inn Tysons Corner at 8616 Westwood Center here. The GMACCM Hospitality Industry Division of Washington, DC arranged the financing for TCVA Realty LLC, which was said to include a significant property improvement plan. The 96-room extended stay facility encompasses a total of 66,177 square feet and is situated on 2.734 acres of land. Amenities include a breakfast lounge, exercise room, swimming pool and guest laundry room.
