Global Vacation Group On Stock Exchange

NEW YORK Global Vacation Group, a provider of customized vacation products, will list and begin trading its common stock on The American Stock Exchange (Amex) under the symbol GVG, effective January 9, 2001. The companys stock presently is listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and will continue to trade on the NYSE until trading commences on the Amex. The company has been bee operating under a plan approved by the NYSE in June 2000 to bring its total marke capitalization and shareholders equity above NYSEs continued listing requirement of $50 million.
