PORT ST. LUCIE, FL—The Generation Companies opened its first dual-brand hotel.
The MainStay Suites PGA Village at 8501 Champions Way recently completed a large-scale renovation and is now operating as MainStay Suites/ Sleep Inn.
The 80-room hotel is owned and managed by The Generation Companies.
The new Sleep Inn rooms feature completely updated décor, including new carpeting, beds, flat-panel televisions, furniture and accents. The extensive renovation included all public areas and an enhanced complimentary breakfast.
According to Generation Regional Operations Manager Rick Stroud, uniting two hotels under one roof gives travelers a broader product offering.
The Sleep Inn rooms include a microwave, mini-fridge, free high-speed Internet access and large signature Sleep showers. The MainStay Suites extended-stay guestrooms feature a kitchen, a large work area with task lighting, and free, wireless Internet access.
The hotel offers on-site guest laundry facilities, an exercise room, complimentary hot breakfast and an outdoor swimming pool.
