Geller Offers Insights To Johnson & Wales Students

PROVIDENCE, RI— Laurence Geller, CEO/Strategic Hotel Capital, spoke to more than 700 students at Johnson & Wales University on October 24 about his vast experience in the hospitality industry. Geller, part of the Distinguished Visiting Professor program presented by the Hospitality College, offered students perspectives on the current state of the hospitality industry. “Its bad now, but lots of wonderful things will happen,” he said. “Many chains are re-engineering and rethinking every aspect of what they do, and thats good. You are heading out into a field that is the fastest-growing industry in the world, an industry that desperately needs your educated minds.”
