BOWLING GREEN, KY— GE Credit Equities has sold its 105-room Fairfield Inn— located at Exit 22 off Interstate 65 here— for an undisclosed amount to Four Star Hotel Management LC. Atlanta, GA-based Thompson Calhoun Fair LLC advised GE Credit Equities in the disposition of the three-story, interior- and exterior-corridor property. Built in 1992 and situated on approximately 2.72 acres, the Fairfield Inn features such amenities as an outdoor swimming pool and approximately 300 square feet of meeting space.
