NEW YORK Friendly Hotels, a UK-based company, has announced the sale of three hotels. Proceeds from the non-core hotel assets will be used to reduce the company s debt. The three hotels sold include: the 95-room Quality Mansion Hotel in Eastbourne for #1.2 million or $1.7 million to Grand UK Holdings; the 54-room Quality Cadogan Hotel in Bournemouth for #1.1 million or $1.6 million; and the 75-room Station Hotel in Ayr for #1.3 million or $1.8 million.
