SAN FRANCISCO— Developers of the $350 million Four Seasons Hotel here have signed St. John Knits, a high-end provider of tailored women’s apparel, to 10,350 square feet out of an available 100,000 square feet of retail space within the hotel. The retail store will occupy two floors and is slated to open in the spring of 2002. Ultimately, the retail component will occupy three floors and will include a pedestrian promenade linking Union Square to the Moscone Center and Yerba Buena Gardens.
