TORONTO— Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts was named to Fortune magazines list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For. The hotel company has made the list every year since its inception. The results of Fortune magazine survey are mainly based on employee responses to a survey measuring the quality of the workplace culture. Participating companies are also asked to submit information about HR policies and benefits. Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts currently manages 57 properties in 26 countries. In 2002, the company opened its second property in Tokyo, in the heart of Marunouchi district, as well as properties in Shanghai and Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt. In addition, the company has 20 projects in the development stages worldwide.
