VAIL, CO— The proposed Four Seasons Resort here was approved by the Vail Town Council with construction possibly being started as early as next spring. As proposed, the Four Seasons project includes 118 hotel rooms, 22 fractional fee club units, 18 condominiums, 34 employee housing units, various retail and restaurant space, spa and health club amenities and conference rooms. The resort, which will be built in place of the Vail Amoco gas station and Chateau at Vail hotel near the main Vail roundabout, could open as early as winter 2005.
