CHICAGO— The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago announced that guests can now book a table in the kitchen of Executive Chef Robert Sulatycky. Guests at the Chef’s Table, which accommodates six diners, will enjoy an eight-course meal cooked in front of their eyes. Offerings include Sulatycky’s signature dishes such as reggiano gnocchi, shaved truffles and balsamic vinegar for the first course, and Texas venison loin with sweet potato risotto for the second course. Reservations for six are required. Prices begin at $130 a person excluding wine, tax and gratuity. Dinner with paired wines starts at $195 per person.
