Four Points In The Works In Biloxi, MS

BILOXI, MS—A Four Points by Sheraton is now scheduled to open here next spring. LLDG Avalon, LLC, a subsidiary of Lodging and Leisure Development Group, LLC, will be the owner of the 195-key asset. The hotel will be at the center of Biloxi’s casino strip and will feature an outdoor patio overlooking the Mississippi Sound, a pool, a pool bar and grill, a full-service restaurant, a fitness facility and 1,500 square feet of meeting space.
