Homewood Suites by Hilton New Orleans Westbank Gretna Opens
Homewood Suites by Hilton New Orleans Westbank Gretna has opened. Developed, owned and managed by BN Management Group Company, the 97-suite hotel is located at 3 Westbank Expy. in New Orleans.
My Place Opens First Tennessee Hotel
My Place Hotels of America has opened its first hotel in Tennessee, located in Lebanon at 1004 Cumberland Center Blvd. The four-story, 63-room hotel is independently owned by MP Lebanon LLC and operated by Legacy Management LLC. The new hotel will be locally operated by Regional Manager Ali Rahimi and General Manager Kent Miller. The chain currently has 36 hotels open and operating with a near-term pipeline of 32 additional hotels and midterm commitments for upwards of 40 more hotels to follow.
The Elizabeth Hotel Opens in Fort Collins, CO
Operated by Sage Hospitality, The Elizabeth Hotel, part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, has opened its doors in Fort Collins, CO. Denver-based project architect 4240 Architecture developed the 164-room hotel. DLR Group designed the property’s interior. The Elizabeth offers 3,500 sq. ft. of meeting space, including two indoor spaces, the Walnut and Chestnut Ballrooms, as well as the second-floor outdoor terrace that overlooks Walnut St. and downtown Fort Collins. Peter Karpinski, co-founder of Sage Restaurant Group, will launch three highly anticipated concepts within the hotel; Magic Rat Live Music, Bower Bird Coffee, and The Emporium Kitchen & Wine Market.
WoodSpring Suites Tampa Brandon Opens
Owned by Liberty Investment Properties, WoodSpring Suites Tampa Brandon has opened in Tampa, FL. The four-story, newly constructed, extended-stay hotel offers 122 suites in three room layouts.
