OSHKOSH, WI—The former Park Plaza hotel here, which is now known as the City Center Hotel-Oshkosh, will be put up for auction by real estate marketing firm Maas Cos. The 179-room, full-service hotel will be put up for auction on May 14. The property is adjacent to the Oshkosh convention center.
