ORLANDO Former tennis coach, Carlos Goffi, who was instrumental in the careers of Peter Fleming and John McEnroe, recently opened VistaPark, a new short-term rental community of 210 luxury homes here.

Although short-term rental housing is not new, VistaPark represents a different departure from what has been done previously, said Goffi. “It is an open-air, Ritz-Carlton-like hotel with a complete infrastructure of guest services, where the homes are the individual units.”

The units range from 2,808 to 4,442 square feet of living space. Each residence features dual master suites with a Jacuzzi spa, fireplace, decorative brick pavers on driveways, a patio and pool deck, Corian countertops, Italian marble, decorative tile and an enclosed heated swimming pool.
