KALAMAZOO, MI—Owner/operator Amarjit Bhatti has converted his former Hawthorn Suites Kalamazoo here into the Best Western Kalamazoo Suites.
The non-smoking, 64-suite hotel includes an indoor pool, a hot tub, a fitness facility, an on-site convenience store, complimentary continental breakfast and meeting space for up to 75 people.
The hotel is also located three miles from Western Michigan University. Rates at the property begin at $99 per night.
