ORLANDO The Central Florida Hotel Motel Association (CFHMA) is changing its name to the Central Florida Hotel & Lodging Assocation (CFH&LA) pending member approval. The name change stems from the American Hotel & Motel Associations (AH&MA) decision to change its name to the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA).

Additionally, Michael Sansbury, vice president of Loews Hotels in Orlando, has been named CFHMAs Hotelier of the Year and Barbara Kenney, owner of Kenney Communications, has been named Allied Member of the Year. (1/8/01)
