IRVING, TX—FelCor Lodging Trust has put two Florida Holiday Inns up for sale. The Plasencia Group has been retained as its advisor in the dispositions. The for-sale hotels are the 652-room Holiday Inn Orlando International Drive Resort in Orlando and the 500-room Holiday Inn Cocoa Beach Oceanfront in Cocoa Beach. According to TPG, there is considerable redevelopment potential with both assets, which are both being sold unencumbered by management. The Orlando property contains 20,000 square feet of meeting space. The Cocoa Beach hotel has three restaurants, a pool bar, a game room/arcade and more than 12,000 square feet of meeting space.
