Felcor Contributes $250,000 To AHF Fund

WASHINGTON, D.C The American Hotel Foundation (AHF) received a gift of $250,000 for its New Century Fund Campaign from FelCor Lodging Trust Inc. AHF will use the funds donated by FelCor to support scholarship programs for the hospitality industry, develop and enhance industry training programs, fund research initiatives, and assist the industry in utilizing the most current technology services. “Being a new leader in the hospitality industry, FelCors contribution is an extraordinary one – a major investment in the industrys future. We truly appreciate their support of this campaign,” commented Douglas Viehland/president of the AHF. (12/13/00)
