PARK CITY, UT— Fandango Resorts, a resort development and management company, will re-design and reposition The Inn of the Seventh Mountain in Bend, OR in the Mt. Bachelor ski area. “We plan to restore the 300-unit Inn of the Seventh Mountain beyond its former glory, raising its standards and establishing the areas first high-quality, full-service condominium resort,” said Matthew Bailey, evp/COO of Fandango Resorts. The Inn of the Seventh Mountain— which sits in the heart of the Deschutes National Forest, three driving hours southeast of Portland— is a year-round family and conference resort. Aside from redesigning the lodge, Fandango will be involved with establishing a cuisine program, an arts program, recreational amenities, and concierge services for the property. During the renovation, Fandango Resorts will oversee the design development and construction phases of the project, and will then act as management company once renovation is complete. Design Workshop of Aspen, CO has prepared the master plan, and Neo Designs of Portland, OR is coordinating the interior design work for the Inn. Fandango is currently involved in the “programming” or management of four prestigious projects, including Hotel Park City and Chamera at the Canyons in Park City, UT; Las Cuevitas on the Pacific Coast of Mexico; and Piano Creek Ranch in Pagosa Springs, CO. Recently completed projects include The Lodge at Pico Bonito in LaCeiba, Honduras, and El Cortijo de las Flores Resort & Spa in Antigua, Guatemala. Fandango is also working on several projects which have yet to be announced, according to the company.
