SEDONA, AZ— The Fairfield Sedona resort reports it was recognized with the resort industrys top award for design architecture at the American Resort Development Associations (ARDA) Annual Conference in Las Vegas. Fairfield Sedonas lead architectural design firm, Morris Architects of Orlando, accepted the award. The propertys first building opened in February 2000. When completed, the master-planned resort will consist of nine timeshare buildings, six multi-family apartment buildings and 16 single-family residences overlooking the Sedonas red rocks. The architectural plan reflects Sedonas native American heritage and rural ranching tradition with a bungalow-style design and adobe features.
