Spokane Valley, WA
The 127-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Spokane Valley, WA has opened. Fairfield Inn & Suites Spokane Valley will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Sterling Hospitality Management of Spokane Valley, WA.
Hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool, a 24/7 fitness center, a 4-hole putting green, an outdoor courtyard, valet laundry service, complimentary WiFi, as well as fax and copy services and 2,095 sq. ft. of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 80 people.
Grove City, OH
The 95-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Grove City, OH is scheduled to open this Friday, Aug. 31. The Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus Grove City will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Hawkeye Hotels of Coralville, IA.
Located close to downtown Columbus and the John Glenn Columbus International Airport, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus Grove City is proximate to Lou Berliner Sports Park, Ohio State University and the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

TownPlace Suites to Open its Doors in Newburgh, IN
Marriott International’s TownePlace Suites by Marriott Newburgh Evansville is scheduled to open for business on Sept. 4. The 111-suite hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Newburgh Lodging LLC and managed by Anderson Hospitality Group of Bowling Green, KY.
The new property offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, as well as separate living/working and sleeping areas. In addition, the hotel has an indoor swimming pool, a 24-hour exercise room, a meeting room, laundry facilities, complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel and on-site business services.
