OREM, UT—The 90-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Provo Orem is scheduled to open here on Jan. 26. The property will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Pennbridge Lodging of Bluffdale, UT.
This is the newest Fairfield Inn & Suites in the area to feature the brand’s new design and decor. The hotel is accessible to Brigham Young University, Utah Valley University and the Sundance Resort.

Design features include an updated exterior with a signature tower, a curved porte-cochere and a glass entrance into the hotel. The hotel’s public space showcases natural light and views throughout the lobby to connect the indoors with the outdoors.
In the lobby area, the color scheme is a palette of greens, blues and oranges and highlights include a natural stone hearth, organic-shaped sofa and lounge chair. There are connectivity options, as well as a “connect and print” area that offers both standing and seated Internet stations. The guestroom includes a work area, an ergonomic chair, mobile desk and task lighting.
The property offers complimentary hot breakfast, and dditional hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool with a Whirlpool spa, an exercise room, valet laundry service, complimentary WiFi and fax and copy services. The hotel also features 1,007 sq. ft. of space to accommodate functions of up to 80 people.
