Fairfield Communities Buys CA Resort

ORLANDO Fairfield Communities has acquired Dolphins Cove Resort in Anaheim, CA from Dolphins Cove Resort LTD. The 136-unit resort is adjacent to Disneys California Adventure, a new theme park scheduled to open in February.

Under terms of the agreement Fairfield also acquired option rights to develop a vacation ownership resort in Southern California. The multi-purpose project is expected to include 150 vacation ownership units. (1/8/01)
