EAST PROVIDENCE, RI— Extended Stay America has opened a 101-room Extended StayAmerica Efficiency Studios hotel here. The four-story hotel is the companys first property in East Providence, its third property in the state and its 454th property overall. Weekly room rates at the new Extended StayAmerica start at $319 for a queen room and $349 for a king room. Nightly rates begin at $65. Guestrooms at Extended StayAmerica properties include a queen-size bed, recliner, cable TV with remote, free voicemail and local calls, and a computer dataport. Each room also has a kitchen with a refrigerator, two-burner range, microwave, coffeemaker, utensils and tableware. The property features a 24-hour, coin-operated, on-site laundry facility for guests and vending machines. Guests are provided with weekly housekeeping service and twice-weekly towel service.
