NEW ORLEANS—Expotel Hospitality Services, LLC, has added two new Louisiana properties to its management portfolio: the 104-room Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Baton Rouge, and the 102-room Hampton Inn in New Iberia.
The addition of these two properties brings to 11 the total number of hotels currently under Expotel Hospitality management, seven of which are located in the south Louisiana region including New Orleans. The company plans to add an additional three new Louisiana properties to its portfolio in 2016.
“The Hampton Inn in New Iberia is very close to one of the state’s leading tourist destinations, Avery Island, home of the fabled McIlhenny Co.’s Tabasco Sauce,” said Danielle DeGeorge, Expotel Hospitality’s VP of sales and marketing. “The new Baton Rouge property is located within minutes of both the LSU campus and the state capitol complex.”
Megha, LLC, owns Hampton Inn in New Iberia. Siegen Hospitality Enterprises LLC owns Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Baton Rouge.
