FORT MYERS BEACH, FL— The Pink Shell Beach Resort here recently broke ground on a $24 million expansion project, which will add 92 beachfront units to the condominium/hotel complex. Boykin Lodging Co. owns the property, which currently has 160 units. The new section of the resort will be called White Sand Villas. Completion is anticipated by the fall of 2003.
