Elite Hospitality Buys Coral Beach Motel

Daytona Beach, FL— Elite Hospitality has added the Coral Beach Motel, located at 711 S. Atlantic Ave., Ormond Beach, to it portfolio of area properties here. The hotel was acquired for an undisclosed price by Embassy Investments VII, LLC, a subsidiary of Daytona Beach-based Elite Hospitality, Inc. Ranju Bhana is principal owner of Embassy Investments VII. The seven-story high-rise Coral Beach is the newest oceanfront hotel in the Daytona Beach area, featuring 61 double, king, or two-room efficiencies with full kitchens; 36 rooms with microwave and refrigerator; and two penthouse suites. “The Coral Beach is a great product for us,” said Manoj Bhoola, president/COO of Elite Hospitality, Inc., “It is consistent with our philosophy of providing upscale, quality accommodations that our guests expect while visiting the Daytona Beach area.” Elite Hospitalitys other hotels area include the 115-room Hilton Garden Inn Daytona Beach Airport, which opened last year.
