JACKSONVILLE, FL — Elite Hospitality, Inc. has acquired and will manage the 81-room Wingate Inn Jacksonville Airport and the 104-room Wingate Inn Windsor Parke, both located here, for an undisclosed price. The two properties are part of a growing list of 139 Wingate Inns and Wingate Inns & Suites now open in North America and Europe. The two hotels will operate under franchise agreements with Wingate Inns International. The acquisition is part of Elite Hospitality’s plan to open five hotels in the Northeast Florida market by year’s end. The two hotels include a daily breakfast buffet, a 24-hour business center, free local phone calls, a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center and spa, a weekday newspaper and shuttle service. Each property also includes flexible meeting space with a variety of audio visual and electronic equipment.
