BOZEMAN, MT—Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. plans to debut its Element here in the city’s downtown entertainment district beginning June 2015.
Owned by a group of Bozeman investors managed by Homebase Montana, the newly constructed Element hotel will offer 104 sustainable rooms and light-filled spaces. Element Bozeman expects to receive LEED certification soon after opening from the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
“We look forward to introducing Element to Bozeman, a leading tourist destination in the Rocky Mountain region and a great fit for our eco-wise brand,” stated Brian McGuinness, SVP of Specialty Select Brands for Starwood. “At Element, guests enjoy a bright, energizing environment that’s conducive to both work and play, enhanced by a line-up of innovative brand-led programming.”
Located just one block from Historic Main Street, Element Bozeman will be situated at the center of the city’s entertainment district and a 10-minute walk to the campus of Montana State University. Just 15 minutes from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN), the new Element will be close to Museum of the Rockies, Emerson Center for the Arts & Culture, the city’s business district and a variety of boutiques, art galleries, restaurants and nightlife.
Element Bozeman will offer studios as well as one bedroom suites featuring a fluid design of modular furniture, swiveling flat-screen TVs, large desks with open shelving and custom-designed closets. Rooms will also offer fully equipped kitchens and the signature Heavenly Bed, and spa-inspired bathrooms will feature an invigorating rain shower.
