Edgecliff Holdings on Dec. 11 reduced its offer for hotel owner/operator Lodgian from $5 per share to $4.75 per share after it reviewed Lodgian’s financial information. At 25 cents less, the proposal led by William Yung, of Edgecliff, is still more than the $4.50 per share offer from Whitehall Real Estate Limited Partnership.
