COLORADO SPRINGS, CO— The 50-unit Econo Lodge South here has undergone a change in ownership as Gemutlichkeit, LLC has acquired the property. The hotel, which is located at 1623 S. Nevada Ave., is now under the direction of General Manager Bill Kenline.
