Driftwood Adds Three Hotels To Portfolio

JUPITER, FL— Driftwood Hospitality Management has added three underperforming hotels representing 676 rooms to its portfolio. The purchase price was not disclosed. According to The Sun-Sentinel, they include the Radisson Riverwalk Tampa, the Hilton Oklahoma City Northwest, and the Hilton Minneapolis Northwest. Driftwood reportedly plans $12 million worth of renovations at the three hotels. Lehman Brothers will provide a portion of total funding. SOURCE: The Sun-Sentinel
