FRESNO, CA—The DoubleTree by Hilton Fresno Convention Center has opened here, following a comprehensive $7-million renovation that includes modern design updates to the lobby, guestrooms, fitness center and pool areas. The 321-room hotel is situated directly across from the Fresno Convention & Entertainment Center and near the Tower District, home to restaurants, nightclubs, performing arts venues, galleries and other attractions. The hotel also offers convenient access to Yosemite National Park, Fresno State University and Fresno Yosemite International Airport. DoubleTree by Hilton Fresno Convention Center is owned by Uniwell Corporation, LLC and managed by Granite Hospitality.
DoubleTree by Hilton Fresno Convention Center debuts a newly designed open atrium lobby, paying homage to the Central Valley’s expansive outdoor landscape and treasured national parks and reflecting the rugged beauty of the forests, cliffs and canyons of the nearby Sierra Nevada range, according to the brand. All of the hotel’s guestrooms have also been revamped with contemporary furnishings and a remodeled bathroom.

Complimentary amenities included newly renovated pool and hot tub areas, a revamped 24-hour fitness center, a 24-hour business center and WiFi throughout the hotel’s public spaces and guestrooms.
Several dining options are also available, including The Atrium Lounge, International Café, Java Stop and in-room dining.

With more than 27,000 sq. ft. of flexible function space, including a main ballroom and 18 separate meeting rooms, the hotel is also suited to accommodate meetings, weddings and other events ranging anywhere from 10 to 1,500 attendees. For smaller group meetings, the hotel offers the Meetings Simplified by DoubleTree by Hilton package, which includes the meeting room; basic meeting WiFi; meeting room supplies including a flipchart, markers, extension and power cord; and all-day nonalcoholic beverage service.
