TARRYTOWN, NY— Dolce Tarrytown House has completed a one-year, $15-million expansion and renovation project. As part of the project, the property added 61 guestrooms, bringing the total number of units to 209. In addition, a new lobby area was constructed that connects the King House and all hotel guestrooms. Princeton, NJ-based Architectural Design Collaborative, P.C. and Dennis Noskin Architects completed the Dolce Tarrytown House expansion and renovation project with The Gettys Group, a Chicago-based design firm, executing all interior refurbishments. The new focal point of the property, the lobby, is a hexagon-shaped structure featuring views of the King House’s rose garden. All existing guestrooms have been completely renovated and will feature high-speed Internet access by the end of the summer.
