MONTVALE, NJ— Dolce International has partnered with key travel and learning companies to offer their clients a new service called Dolce Conference Solutions™, a program that offers meeting planners one point of contact within 30 minutes; one integrated proposal within one business day; and significant discounts on airline travel, rental cars, and ground transportation services. “Dolce Conference Solutions™ is as close to one-stop shopping as you can get,” said Jo Ann Swahn, chief marketing officer. “One contact with your Dolce International sales representative puts you in touch with globally recognized companies that can help you plan your meeting quickly and at reduced costs. It also provides key support in the area of meeting content by providing an in-depth needs assessment for you and recommending the best learning resources that will complement your curriculum.” Meeting planners that visit www.dolce.com/conferencesolutions will receive an initial response to their inquiry within 30 minutes and a full proposal within one business day. A Dolce International sales representative will guide them through the electronic request for proposal process, then submit that proposal to the Dolce Conference Solutions™ partners. Within one full business day they will have estimated costs for the meeting site, air travel, and ground transportation. The learning assessment requires two full days.
