MONTVALE, NJ— Dolce International, a global conference center company, has acquired its first German conference destination in Bad Nauheim, in the state of Hessen. Dolce partnered with Soros Real Estate Investors (SREI) on the deal, which was facilitated by NIB Capital Bank in The Netherlands. Dolce am Kurpak, formerly known as Parkhotel Bad Nauheim, is a 35-minute drive from Frankfurt International Airport, near the Frankfurt City Center and easily accessible from most major German cities, noted Dolce. The classical Kurhaus building and theater are set in 200-acre park and combine modern facilities with Jugendstil (Art Noveau) style and architecture. In the coming months the 160-room property will undergo renovations in the guestrooms, dining areas and public spaces to bring the property up to Dolce International conference-center standards. Currently the property has 22 meeting rooms and 25,388 square feet of conference space.
