Disneyland Resort Names New Chief For Hotels

ANAHEIM, CA— Randall Baumberger has been named senior vice president, Disneyland Resort Hotels and Downtown Disney, Cynthia Harriss, president of The Disneyland Resort, announced today. Baumberger will report directly to Harriss. In his new role, Baumberger is responsible for the resorts three hotels— the 500-room Paradise Pier Hotel, the 1,000-room Disneyland Hotel and the 750-room Grand Californian Hotel— as well as Downtown Disney, the 300,000-square-foot entertainment, dining and retail district located between Disneyland Park and Disneys California Adventure. He will oversee approximately 3,500 Disneyland Resort Cast Members. Baumberger moves to the Disneyland Resort from Disney Regional Entertainment in Burbank, CA, where he was senior vice president.
