CHAPEL HILL, NC—East West Partners Club Management has formed a new division—East West Partners Club and Lodging Management—that will focus on lodging and hospitality management. East West Partners Club Management is a division of East West Partners, which has developed and managed master planned communities, golf courses and other recreational facilities across the United States. According to the company, adding a hotel management division will provide it with more well-rounded services for its mixed-use projects. Initially, East West Partners Club and Lodging Management will focus on new lodging development in the Carolinas, including the purchase, construction and management of East West Partners-owned hotels within new mixed-use developments; construction and management of hotels within non-EWP communities; and management contracts at standalone hotels. The new division also will offer homeowner rental-program management services as part of a private club or resort community. Charlie Nottingham is the president of the new management division.
